Tonight I'm listening to Kitaro's "Silk Road"

I put the "age-doshi" I made yesterday

on chilled somen noodles for lunch and poured noodle sauce over them.

It's speed cooking that can be done in 5 minutes.

The faster, the cheaper, the easier, the better the dishes I use.

That's why I use black Oribe for natto and chilled tofu.

I use Royal Copenhagen for sandwiches I buy

I put instant noodles in a white porcelain bowl by an artist
