What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

Costs

There are a few expenses associated with item upgrades. The most significant cost is the upgrade itself. This price is contingent on the new ilvl of the item and the number of perks it gains and can be costly. It is also costly to upgrade an item to a higher level (such as Explorer > Champion or Veteran > Heroic).

The other is the cost of the items required to upgrade items.
