The model, 28, cut a casual figure in a beige Alo sweatshirt, teamed with matching tracksuit bottoms.

She accessorised with dainty gold jewellery and a shoulder bag, while carrying a pastry back to her £230k Aston Martin DBX 4x4.

Meanwhile, Jack appeared to get a helping hand while walking through a luxury hotel in Dubai, as he let his hair down on a well-earned sunshine break.

One witness at Dubai's 5-star Jumeirah Beach Hotel told The Sun: "It was shocking to see Jack looking so refreshed at 6.30pm, but after everything he's been through he deserved a kick-back.'

There had been rumours Grealish would not make the cut along with Harry Maguire, who Mail Sport also predicted would miss out due to a calf injury.

Southgate has now confirmed the Manchester City star will not be on the flight to Germany as he seemingly pays the price for a disappointing campaign with the Premier League winners.

However, the decision to drop the 28-year-old winger has provided a mixed reaction from fans on social media, with some agreeing his performance this season justified him losing out, while others called the move 'crazy'. 

It comes after Grealish has enjoyed a number of boozy celebrations since Manchester City won the league last month as he was seen almost falling off the top of the team's open-top bus for their victory parade. 

Last month, Sasha proudly gushed over boyfriend Jack following Manchester City's Premier League win as she shared a loved-up snap.

After Man City secured an historic fourth successive Premier League title on Sunday, Sasha, who has been with Jack since they were 16, made sure to cheer him on in the sidelines.

While the childhood sweethearts tend to keep their relationship on the down low, Sasha couldn't help but show off Jack, 28.

She captioned her post: 'Champions X4. What a team, so proud!'

Sasha and Jack put on a loved-up display after the game, cuddling arm-in-arm while posing for a picture to capture the memorable moment.

Jack led Manchester City's celebrations into the early hours of this morning alongside his fellow players.

The star was seen sporting a £2,000 outfit and posted a video of him singing Natasha Bedingfield's Unwritten as the party at a Greek restaurant went on until 5am.

He wore the striking Gucci suit - a brand for which he is an ambassador - to the dinner and later posted a clip on his Instagram Stories of him singing the lyric 'the rest is still unwritten', while holding a drink and showing off his winner's medal.

Along with the players, many supportive partners attended the event, smiling at the success. Phil Foden's girlfriend Rebecca Cooke was there - as well as his mother Claire Rowlands - while Rico Lewis was also seen holding hands with his partner, and Pep Guardiola's wife Cristina was pictured.

There were wild scenes at the final whistle at 6pm yesterday as jubilant fans stormed the pitch at the Etihad Stadium and flares were let off outside pubs in the city.
