Evidence Based Training (EBT) founder Adam Sullivan, 33, surprised his 72-year-old mum with the $2.355m modern home on Mother's Day.

'What do you mean it's my new house? Are you serious?... I've won lotto,' she quipped in disbelief.
Sullivan explained why the purchase was one of his proudest moments.
'Guys everyday I get messages from people saying I've helped change their life... and it's unbelievable to me,' he said.
